I was happy with the price. Based on my experience, it felt very fair and actually ended up being cheaper than I expected, which made the whole purchase feel like a really good deal...

I ran into an issue updating my pet’s info and had no idea if I had done it right or totally messed it up!!! It was one of those small things that started feeling way more stressful than it needed to be.

Support got back to me quickly and was super easy to talk to!!! They walked me through what was going on, fixed the part I had gotten wrong, and explained what they changed without making me feel silly about it.
It was just really nice dealing with an actual helpful person!!! The whole thing ended up being way less stressful than I expected, and I really appreciated how patient they were!!!

petkey was literally so easy to deal with. Their emails were clear, and I always knew what I was supposed to do next. Everything was explained in a simple way, and the updates came right when I needed them. No confusing back and forth or guessing. I’m happy with how smooth the communication was.

I had to update my dog’s info, i wasn’t sure how smooth it would be. But the email alert came through almost immediately, and the text showed up maybe a minute later. Everything was clear and easy to read, with no weird links or anything confusing. I do like that they send both email and text, since I’m not always checking my inbox. For something as important as pet info, it definitely gave me a little more peace of mind. It’s a simple service, but I have to admit it did what it was supposed to do.

It works okay, but I do wish it felt a bit safer to use. I thought it was solid at first, well, actually, it’s not bad, but there are a few moments where I felt like it could use better safety features or a more secure design

The registration process took way too long, like they almost wanted me to get tired and just click through everything. Then the extra fees only showed up near the end, which felt a little suspicious. Not saying it was some grand scheme, but it definitely had that “hide the real cost until you’re already invested” vibe

Setting up my Petkey account was really easy. I just followed the steps, added my info, and got my pet’s details in there quickly. Like… nothing felt confusing or annoying. I’m usually not great with these kinds of sites, but this one was simple enough. It only took me a few minutes, and then I was done.

I had to change my address and phone number on petkey.org, i was ready for the usual maze of weird forms and hidden hoops they make you jump through. But nope, it only took a few minutes and was actually straightforward. Almost suspiciously easy, like somebody behind the curtain finally decided not to make life complicated for once. Glad it went smoothly.

I wouldn’t say it completely solved everything for me, but it did help a bit. I felt a little more at ease after using it, and sometimes even that small improvement makes a difference.

I’m really glad I took the time to set up Petkey. The alert worked, and my neighbor ended up calling me the same day. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing I had that extra backup when I needed it.
